1. Shipping Destinations

We ship exclusively all over India. At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of India.

2. Shipping Rates

• We charge a flat shipping fee of ₹200 on all orders.

• This flat rate will be automatically applied to your cart total at checkout.

3. Order Processing Time

We know you are excited to get your order! That is why we process orders incredibly fast:

• All orders are processed and handed over to our courier partner within a few hours of placement.

• Orders placed late at night or on national holidays will be processed first thing the following business day.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

• Once dispatched, your package will typically arrive within 7 to 10 business days.

• Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly based on your specific location (e.g., metro cities vs. remote regions).

5. Our Courier Partner & Tracking

We partner with Delhivery, one of India's leading logistics providers, to ensure your package arrives safely.

As soon as your order is handed over to Delhivery, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS containing your Tracking ID. You can use this ID to track your package's journey in real-time on the Delhivery website.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging your items. However, if your package arrives damaged, please remember that we require a continuous, unedited unboxing video to process any claims or replacements (as outlined in our Return and Refund Policy).
